We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes Salary, FLSA Status, benefits, summary, responsibilities, qualifications. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. We have Salary info: "Salary: NB15 Steps 2-4 at $5,394.87- $5,902.51; Longevity Steps 5-8 $6,175.52 – $7,079.23". Also FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Steps 2 – 6; Exempt Steps 7 -8. That's pay info. So we can have a Pay section with that content. Benefits: "The position includes a state retirement system, with a deferred comp program available. Health insurance package includes Medical, Dental, and county contributions to a HRA. Includes up to 11 paid holidays and additional floating holidays per collective bargaining agreement. Along with monthly accrued vacation and sick leave." That's benefits. Schedule: Not explicitly given. No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. About the role: Could use summary paragraph: "Assists the Court Administrator in representing the District Court and directing staff in overall administration, management and daily operations; coordinates and directs activities relating to the clerk's office and varied court services in accordance with the court's policies and applicable laws." That's a summary. Could be About the role. Responsibilities: The long list of essential duties and responsibilities. We'll put under Responsibilities heading. Qualifications: The qualifications section includes education/experience and abilities list. We'll put under Qualifications heading. Skills: Not explicitly separate; qualifications include skills like software proficiency, etc. Could we create Skills section? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could embed skills within Qualifications. Probably better to not create separate Skills unless there is explicit skills list. There's a list of software proficiencies etc. That could be considered skills. But we can keep under Qualifications. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities, we need to break into list items. The responsibilities paragraph is long; we could split into logical bullet points. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. We can break the paragraph into bullet points but must keep all details. That's okay as long as we don't lose info. We'll need to parse the responsibilities text into distinct duties. It's long; we can create bullet points for each major duty separated by periods or semicolons. Must be careful not to omit. Similarly qualifications list: we can bullet. Benefits: we can bullet. Pay: we can just put paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. Let's extract responsibilities text from the posting.
