About the role
This role involves overseeing documents, ensuring seamless hospital-wide communication, and organizing files. You will coordinate events, facilitate efficient communication, and contribute to the dedicated team's success.
Responsibilities
- Aids in compiling information and building reports for the CEO and other senior managers.
- Generates letters, memorandums, and other forms of both formal and informal communications.
- Captures and coordinates activities surrounding events and meetings hosted at the hospital.
- Participates in various Business Office processes to ensure SOX compliance.
- Collaborates with the hospital credentialing function as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Medical Credentialing process is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
- Typing proficiency with speed and accuracy, including 10-key, is preferred.
- Effective communication skills with personnel and community members are essential.
