Job Requirements

  • Manage procurement activities related to design projects, including sourcing and purchasing materials and finishes
  • Support project coordination efforts by independently managing assigned design responsibilities
  • Aid in evaluating spatial requirements, assembling and arranging furniture
  • Aid in coordinating renovation and refurbishment projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Affordability, consistency, and completeness of design in conformity with plans and specifications

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, and format project plans to ensure quality, functionality, and sustainability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration or related field, from an accredited institution
  • 1-3 years' of administrative support
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate logistics, and support project timelines
  • Experience in design/project software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
