Job Requirements
- Manage procurement activities related to design projects, including sourcing and purchasing materials and finishes
- Support project coordination efforts by independently managing assigned design responsibilities
- Aid in evaluating spatial requirements, assembling and arranging furniture
- Aid in coordinating renovation and refurbishment projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Affordability, consistency, and completeness of design in conformity with plans and specifications
Key Job Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and format project plans to ensure quality, functionality, and sustainability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration or related field, from an accredited institution
- 1-3 years' of administrative support
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate logistics, and support project timelines
- Experience in design/project software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
