About the role
The Administrative Specialist II Supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks within the department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, offering training and mentorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
- Handle incoming correspondence and manage the department's mail system.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the department and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $49,214.00 - $63,669.00/year, with potential growth to $77,620.00/year based on experience and performance.
Schedule
This position is full-time with a standard workweek.
