Responsibilities
- Cook up day-to-day telephone and personnel communication systems.
- Maintain the branch office, process accounts payable and assist with medical supply management.
- Aid the branch director in supporting employees related to human resources needs and keeping electronic personnel files updated.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience using a computer, including typing and clerical skills.
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including mobile device operation.
- Six months experience performing health care office functions preferred.
Requirements
- Valid state driver license.
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Able to safely drive in all types of weather conditions.
