Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day telephone and personnel communication systems.
- Maintain the branch office, process accounts payable and assist with medical supply management.
- Aid the branch director in supporting employees related to human resources needs and keeping electronic personnel files updated.
Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have demonstrated experience using a computer, including typing and clerical skills.
- Show basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
Requirements
- Hold a valid state driver license.
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Ensure reliable transportation in good working condition.
- Be capable of driving safely in all weather conditions.
Education and Experience
Prior six months experience performing health care office functions is preferred.
