About the role
Join our multidisciplinary Community Mental Health & Wellness team at Wilder in providing clinical service delivery that supports our community's mental wellness, critical to Wilder's mission of improving lives today and for generations to come. As an Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support to program managers and staff, coordinate the client appointment process, and serve as the primary contact for clients regarding program information.
Responsibilities
- Open, schedule, and close client appointments
- Complete communications and administrative tasks efficiently and with attention to quality
- Provide backup support for other administrative specialists in Community Mental Health as requested
- Attend program or staff meetings as requested
- Keep Supervisor informed and advised of needs and problems
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma plus specialized training in Administrative Clerical; Associate’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative/clerical experience
- Experience working in a mental health/clinical setting preferred
- Bilingual position: fluency in speaking and proficiency in writing English, plus fluency in speaking Hmong (or one or more additional languages)
