Summary
This position involves administrative tasks such as handling calls, legal documents, and correspondence. It requires teamwork and independent work capabilities. It is a full-time, in-office position without a hybrid option.Responsibilities
- Document scanning, copying, and mailing.
- Maintain detailed logs and records of documents received and their chain of custody.
- Filing legal documents in a dedicated file room.
- Updating case management systems consistently and accurately.
- Responding to various clients and internal firm requests via phone, email, and workflow steps.
- Learning basic legal documents and terminology.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Supporting attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive atmosphere.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and borrower information and firm processes.
- Performing other duties as needed.
- Ability to carry up to 10 pounds.

Education
- A high school degree is required.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Recent college graduates or individuals with 2-3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
