Administrative Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Process and administer full-cycle payroll accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Review payroll data for accuracy, including timesheets, earnings, deductions, taxes, and employee changes.
• Support accounting operations through data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and other administrative functions.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to analyze payroll and accounting data.
• Aid in resolving employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA regulations, payroll tax requirements, wage and hour laws, and company policies.
• Generate payroll, labor, and financial reports for leadership and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Experience processing full-cycle payroll for 250+ employees and/or multiple payroll cycles.
• A strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, wage compliance requirements, and FLSA guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
• A strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong ADP Workforce Now experience, payroll processing expertise, and experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $95,000.00/yr. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
