About the role
We are a locally owned and run family business with operations in landscape design/build as well as fiberglass pool builders. We have a part-time opening for an administrative assistant to work in our office handling clerical tasks as well as assist with social media postings and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle clerical tasks
- Aid in social media postings
- Assist with special projects
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, and Canva
- Flexible with special projects and able to adjust work hours for events like home or pool shows
Location
Our office is located in Clifton Park, NY.
Hours
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
