Administrative Site Lead
About the role
As an Administrative Site Lead at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will work alongside the Clinical Site Director to ensure a smooth, orderly, and efficient operation of all programs available to the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Administrative Site Manager to provide supervision and direction to administrative staff, identify training needs, provide coaching, address performance concerns promptly, and conduct annual performance reviews.
- Manage administrative staff schedules, timecards, and time off requests, ensuring coverage during absences.
- Manage onboarding of new administrative staff through interviews, orientation, and training.
- Regularly participate in front office responsibilities by checking in patients, answering phones, and covering shifts as needed.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Deliver exceptional care in every patient interaction.
- Provide orientation for onboarding clinical staff and participate in interviews as requested.
- Partner with Clinic Site Director and Operations leadership team on clinical staff performance.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working in health care facilities and an interest in behavioral health preferred.
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Pay
This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $44,000 - $46,000 annually. Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE. Employees in these positions are W2.
