About the role

The Riverside Unified School District (RUSD) is the 16th largest school district in California, serving nearly 42,000 students across 50 schools in Riverside. RUSD is led by its 13th Superintendent, Dr. Sonia Llamas, and is governed by a Board of Education.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of an assigned coordinator or manager, provide assistance with varied and responsible secretarial and clerical support services to assist the supervisor with administrative and clerical detail; organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications for the assigned supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and two years of increasingly responsible clerical experience involving the use of automated office equipment.
  • A Complete Application must meet the criteria listed above and must have the following documents attached:
    • A letter of introduction (specific to the job position).

    • Two (2) current professional letters of recommendation dated within the last two years.
    • An application filled out completely which includes the “Record of Work Experience/Employment History” and no blank spaces.
  • A High School Diploma or Transcripts will be required upon hire.
