Administrative Secretary, 40 hours/week - Breast Care Center
About the role
Joining the BILH team means making a difference in people's lives. As an Administrative Secretary for the Breast Care Center, you'll support the department in various clerical functions, ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Processing billing of patient charges
- Supporting the department in various clerical functions
- Phone interactions, registration, scheduling, co-pay collection and billing, and appointment confirmation calls
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high volume customer service related position
- High School Degree or GED
- Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience preferred
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic team player with great customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Works well with others
Skills
- ECW and Outlook experience helpful but not required

Pay
The pay range listed for this position is $20.00 - $26.92 per hour. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
Schedule
8:30am to 7:00pm Monday through Thursday
