Administrative Professional II (Program Specialist II)
About the role
The Administrative Professional II (Program Specialist II) supports the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), C5ISR Center, and ESI Directorate. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meeting logistics, maintaining office supplies, proofreading and correcting documentation, preparing minutes, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manages calendars, coordinates meeting logistics, and assists with travel arrangements using DTS.
- Maintains office supplies and proofreads/accompanies documentation.
- Prepares minutes for events and consolidates/finalizes presentations, charts, reports, etc.
- Tracks and maintains NDA copies and reports to the Government.
- Supports certification and training tracking for personnel.
- Supports pre- and post-event meetings with stakeholders, prepares agendas, collects biographies, coordinates with protocol, creates, reviews, and delivers meeting minutes within seven calendar days, and coordinates, documents, and disseminates tasks from DoD and non-DoD Government agencies.
- Serves as a liaison for Government exchanges and similar community-wide efforts.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience and/or an AS/AA or 2-year Tech School degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A TS/SCI clearance is required. Must have proficiency with government-provided software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with government-provided software packages, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong time management and organizational skills.

Pay
$75,858 - Salary range represents a general guideline. Offers may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.
