Responsibilities

• Prepare management plans, executive-ready reports, and customer-facing documentation.
• Analyze, develop, and refine program administrative operating plans and procedures.
• Present insights, findings, and recommendations to program and executive leadership.
• Provide direction and technical mentorship to team members.
• Drive system and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency.
• Support secure and standardized administrative practices across teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in administrative operations, documentation, and process analysis.
• Proven ability to optimize workflows and support secure operational practices.
• Experience preparing high-quality management plans and customer deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills, including briefing leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Degree required.
• US Citizen.
• Active TS or higher clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in federal, defense, or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with administrative governance, compliance, and standardization frameworks.
• Proficiency with workflow tools, reporting platforms, or process automation technologies.
• Strong analytical and continuous improvement mindset.

• In-house custom-developed applications.
• Advanced AI, GenAI & Multi-Model Engineering:
  • Multi-model and multi-modality orchestration (reasoning, perception, memory, tool execution).
  • Temporal, spatial, geographic, quantitative, and computer vision AI implementation.
  • Named Entity Recognition (NER), contextual entity extraction, and resolution.
  • Multi-step retrieval and structured output generation.
  • Complex data parsing and streamlined ingestion.
  • Deep source citation and traceable analytic outputs.
• Data Architecture & ETL:
  • Vector, graph, and multi-database orchestration.
  • Automated ETL pipeline creation, scheduling, and optimization.
  • Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) at the data layer.
  • Provenance and end-to-end data lineage tracking.
  • Schema-aligned ingestion and normalization of diverse structured and unstructured data.
• Enterprise Infrastructure & Cross-Domain Solutions:
  • Air-gapped, hybrid, and on-premise operational environments.
  • Container orchestration and distributed systems management (Kubernetes).
  • Locally hosted GPU servers and hyperconverged nodes.
  • Multitenant Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS).
• Application Development & Integration:
  • UI, backend, and middleware engineering (TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, LanceDB, Lance Graph, PostgreSQL, Temporal.io, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Integration of reasoning components, retrieval systems, databases, and AI/GenAI services.
  • Use of modern programming languages and frameworks.

Pay

The base pay range for this position in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $135,200—$278,500 USD. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
