About The Role

The Navicare Outreach Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Fallon Health’s Navicare program, which caters to individuals aged 65 and older with MassHealth Standard and Medicare. This position focuses on maximizing the productivity of the outreach team through sales, marketing, and community engagement initiatives. The Coordinator will develop and deliver presentations to various audiences, coordinate outreach events, and serve as a liaison between departments to resolve member issues and secure enrollment opportunities. The role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively, ensuring compliance with Medicare and Medicaid policies while promoting the Navicare program effectively.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare outreach
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • AHIP Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Satisfactory Criminal Offender’s Record Information (CORI) results
  • Ability to pass annual product certification exams
  • Thorough knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid services, enrollment policies, and healthcare industry trends
  • Experience working with elders and disabled populations preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver presentations to diverse audiences, including community groups, healthcare professionals, and prospective members
  • Cover and support outreach events, health fairs, and educational programs
  • Serve as a liaison with internal departments such as Clinical, Provider Relations, and Marketing to facilitate member engagement and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid marketing and enrollment policies
  • Aid in creating marketing materials, sales packets, and correspondence tailored to prospects and members
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, including CRM data entry and CMS event logs
  • Support outside sales representatives at community events and health fairs
  • Generate and analyze reports related to outreach effectiveness, marketing campaigns, and partner engagement
  • Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, creating procedures, and managing documentation
  • Engage in ongoing learning and certification to stay current with product and industry updates
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
