About the role

The Administrative Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the administrative functions within the organization. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring that all documents are properly filed and accessible.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage email inboxes, and respond to inquiries from clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure that all documents and files are organized, stored, and easily retrievable.
  • Support the organization’s compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events and meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficient in using technology such as CRM systems and project management tools.

Pay

$40,000 - $50,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
