Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field recognized by the Government
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant working experience in Administration, office management, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates with excellent academic achievements are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge in IT
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of motivation and disciplined, open-minded, positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and online administrative systems is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in Service Desk System is an advantage

Qualifications

  • Must be a Malaysian citizen
  • Obtained Credit (at least C) for Bahasa Melayu and English (including oral examination) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government
  • At least Band 3 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET)

Skills

  • Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Basic knowledge in IT
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and online administrative systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in Service Desk System
