About the role
We are a leading Central Florida digital marketing firm seeking to add part-time administrative and marketing staff to our team. Positions may evolve into full-time roles.
Responsibilities
- General office functions
- Excellent customer service
- Client coordination
- Website editing
- Social media marketing
- Search engine marketing
- Email marketing
- Weekly/monthly reports for sales and marketing
- Answering the telephone
- Filing
- Typing
- Duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous office work experience preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take direction, yet work independently
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Great organizational and follow-up skills
- Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Skills
- Possess a positive attitude and be "happy" to help others
- Be dependable
- Have creative writing skills (a plus)
- Have experience with social media marketing (a plus)
- Have experience with search engine marketing (a plus)
- Have QuickBooks or general accounting knowledge (a plus)
