Administrative Manager - Per Diem, Nights 7p-7a, Nursing Administration, Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center

Responsible for providing key business advice to internal clients and key stakeholders on all administrative-related matters. Oversees daily administrative support activities, including workload management, training, professional development, and adherence to organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures. Ensures outstanding service delivery by building effective relationships, communicating effectively, and cultivating strong team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily activities of an administrative team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Analyzes internal processes and plans, and implements procedural and policy changes to improve operations.
• Builds and maintains effective internal client relationships across multiple office locations, including key stakeholders.
• Establishes clear business objectives and guides the work of others using strong problem-solving skills to address complex service challenges.
• Collaborates with other service lines to support efficient and well-coordinated service delivery.
• Conducts training sessions for new employees.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 5 years of acute care experience.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Critical Care or Emergency Department experience.
• Leadership experience.
