About the role
An Administrative Fellowship is a preceptor-directed program designed to nurture independence and experiential learning for individuals who have obtained a Masters of Healthcare Administration degree or a Masters of Business Administration degree. This fellowship assists Fellows in transitioning from academic knowledge to the practical management of healthcare organizations.
The fellowship is structured as a one-year program, offering the opportunity to work side-by-side with Senior Leaders to gain experience in leadership opportunities, including:
- Strategic Planning
- Operations
- Business Development
- Employee Engagement Strategies
- Process Improvement
- New Ventures
While the organization may offer the fellow permanent employment at the end of the program, it is not required, nor is the fellow obliged to accept such an offer.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Masters of Healthcare Administration or Masters of Business Administration
No certification or licensure is required.

Fellowship Details
Applications open on August 14th, 2026 and close on September 30th, 2026. The fellowship begins in July of 2027 and concludes in July of 2028.

This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE) with day rotation shifts. No weekends, holidays, or call obligations. Possible remote/hybrid option available.
Pay
Compensation Range: $64,001.60 - $64,001.60
