About the role
The Administrative Coordinator supports the entire Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian Medical School Center for Continuing Education by answering the telephone, responding to general email inquiries, maintaining supplies inventory, and providing customer service. The person in this position supports program execution by assisting with activity input into our Learning Management System, maintaining accreditation documentation, inputting activity data into our LMS, corresponding with faculty, and submitting external accreditation applications.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree with 3-5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- On-site hours will be required

- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Center specific software
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner

Pay
Expected Hiring Range: Minimum $23.13 – Maximum $36.97. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison.
