About The Role The Research Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the research division within OneOncology. Reporting directly to the VP of Clinical Research, this role is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to facilitate seamless communication and coordination across research departments. The coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, assist in project tracking, and support the preparation of reports, presentations, and KPIs to ensure research activities are aligned with organizational goals. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who can handle multiple priorities efficiently. The coordinator will serve as a key liaison between research teams, external stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring that all initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively.
