About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team at Bartlett Tree Experts. Our company is a 100+-year-old scientific tree and shrub care company with over 130 offices across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland. We are dedicated to providing top-notch tree care services and fostering a supportive, family-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Arborists and clients to facilitate sales and build a satisfied customer base.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a high call volume environment while making outbound calls related to customer service and sales.
- Perform customer service and administrative tasks to support office and production team members.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Treat all team members with equality and respect.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced office setting.
- Work well independently and take initiative.
- Show strong organizational and time management skills.
- Use Microsoft Office suite and learn various proprietary operating systems.

Qualifications
