About the Role
The Office and Administration Coordinator is a key operational support role responsible for managing office administration, onboarding coordination, employee experience, training logistics, and facility operations. The position serves as a trusted partner to both the People Operations and Operations teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions while creating a professional and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and business partners.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in office administration, administrative coordination, customer service, or People Operations
- Experience supporting onboarding, office management, or employee engagement activities is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, vendors, or administrative projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and business information

Requirements
- Manage daily front office operations and maintain a professional workplace environment
- Welcome visitors, candidates, and guests while serving as the primary point of contact
- Cookordinate meetings, interviews, onboarding activities, and company events
- Manage office supplies, vendor communication, deliveries, and facility maintenance requests
- Support People Operations with onboarding logistics and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare conference rooms and shared workspaces for meetings and events
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete administrative tasks efficiently
- Handle confidential employee and business information with discretion
- Manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
- Work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
