Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am to 5:50pm

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $22.39 - $34.06. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate various administrative functions for a designated area or leader(s) in a time-sensitive, accurate, and confidential manner.
  • Track tasks, organize data, and manage calendars, correspondence, travel, and expenses.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests, and manage meetings, including remote meeting support and multimedia needs.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support local facility needs and may lead special projects or initiatives under the direction of leadership.
  • Provide technical support for presentations and remote meeting management.
  • May oversee day-to-day department operations and goals to assist leaders with routine or advanced administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience managing schedules, correspondence, remote and in-person meetings.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an office setting supporting a leader or department.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and presentation software.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Travel/expense management experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ongoing need to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and assess customer needs.
  • Frequent interactions requiring verbal communication as well as hearing and understanding spoken information quickly and accurately.
  • Manual dexterity to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision, including frequent computer use for typing and accessing information.
  • For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle, which includes sitting, seeing, and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.
