Administrative Coordinator, Lead
Therapeutic Associates Scholls Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Lead Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role provides office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks that support the effective and efficient operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily operations of administrative support staff
- Ensure support staff provides quality customer service to all patients, visitors, or care partners
- Manage all front office duties, such as insurance authorization and billing, registering patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and maintaining the integrity of the patient database
- Manage provider schedules, work claim hold buckets, complete daily chart checks, and coordinate the payment of clinic bills
- Ensure payment for services by coordinating insurance benefits and complying with insurance regulations
- Ensure intake procedures are followed and completed by all staff
- Assist with enforcing policy compliance and policy changes
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Customer service experience and prior medical office experience preferred
