About the Role

As our Administrative Professional, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service. Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks. Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for the Medical Staff Director through meeting and calendar management, document retrieval, and research.
  • Facilitates scheduling of medical staff meetings, ensuring participants are notified, materials are prepared, meetings are scheduled, audio-visual is set up, refreshments and other necessary arrangements are made.
  • Prepare agenda and minutes for meetings.
  • Manage physician expirable documents: run reports, follow up with physicians and medical offices, upload current documents to the medical staff database.
  • General office duties such as answering phones, greeting and directing customers, ordering office supplies, and other duties as assigned.
  • Facilitates physician’s monthly emergency on-call schedules: follow up with medical groups for upcoming calendars, upload and update as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • One to two years of related work experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fire Safety certification (upon hire).

Pay

$26.45 - $37.36 per hour.
