Administrative Coordinator, Global E-Commerce
About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support the Global E-Commerce department. This role provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support, ensures smooth team operations, and assists with internal events and office resource management in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of department-wide activities, including all-hands meetings, team events, leadership workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide daily administrative support, including expense processing, documentation management, internal communications, and employee recognition coordination.
- Assist with office and workspace management, including seating arrangements, desk allocation, and office resource coordination based on business needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional activities and ensure timely follow-up and execution of operational requests.
- Support the improvement and standardization of administrative processes by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or related roles.
- Proven experience in organizing and executing meetings, events, or team activities end-to-end.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design and video editing tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, CapCut, or similar) for internal communication and event materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in internet, technology, or multinational companies.
- Ability to identify team needs and support resource coordination in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
- Experience in documenting and standardizing administrative processes or work procedures.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $80,169 - $98,800 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
