Administrative Coordinator for Distribution Division Breakrooms

Responsibilities

  • Restock breakrooms
  • Rotate products
  • Order products
  • Cleaning of equipment
  • Verifying order accuracy
  • Pulling expired product dates
  • Working in multiple systems to request credit or report damage
  • Provide support / assistance to warehouse/operation Managers/Supervisors
  • Verify temperatures for Food Safety Quality Assurance
  • Schedule attendance for coworker update meetings

Qualifications

  • Two or more years in an administrative / support role or equivalent experience / education / or relevant warehouse experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Accurate / detail oriented
  • Ability to process, interpret, and communicate both verbal and written information to co-workers and customers in a professional manner
  • Ability to work with others in a team-based atmosphere
  • Stock shelves, rotate products, clean equipment, and change out soda bibs, which can weigh around 40 pounds
  • Work in a fast-paced, safety conscious environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and comfort with computers and office equipment

Schedule

Monday through Friday daytime shift 7am to 3:30pm.
