Administrative Coordinator
About the role
This is a full-time position. The Family Supportive Housing Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative, compliance, and operational support to Family Supportive Housing programs funded through HUD, state, county, and private sources. This role ensures program integrity by coordinating administrative processes, supporting compliance and audit activities, and leading project coordination efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and operational support by coordinating schedules, communications, meetings, documentation, financial tracking, and reporting systems.
- Maintains accurate data in required platforms, performs quality checks, supports audits and compliance activities, coordinates projects and operational initiatives, tracks deliverables, and supervises staff through onboarding, training, coaching, and performance support.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum four (4) years of administrative experience in a setting that involved daily contact with individuals of various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must have at least one year of experience working with diverse populations and community-based programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, experience with data systems (e.g., HMIS, Apricot, or similar databases).
- Supervisory or lead experience.
- Familiarity with compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
