Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative tasks with business support, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of event management and marketing.
- Review and maintain global events role documentation with status tracking for administrative coordination.
- Document workflow and deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for administrative coordination.
- Reconcile quality control with source verification to prevent downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines in administrative workflows.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of event management and marketing.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up, particularly when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.

Qualifications
This is an associate-level, full-time position. Remote completion of administrative coordination requires workflow management, deadline management, and exception tracking to ensure work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $41,000–$62,000 per year.
