About the role

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily office functions and help keep operations organized. This Contract position is suited for a dependable individual who can balance multiple assignments, communicate effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion. The role will contribute to a well-run work environment by coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and providing responsive administrative support across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments to ensure schedules run efficiently and priorities are well managed.
  • Respond to incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts while maintaining a helpful and attentive approach.
  • Prepare, update, and organize administrative records so information remains accurate, accessible, and current.
  • Enter data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support day-to-day office activities by tracking tasks, following up on outstanding items, and helping maintain smooth workflow.
  • Assist with scheduling arrangements and logistics for team activities, meetings, and operational needs.
  • Provide administrative support related to property management activities, including documentation and routine coordination.
  • Handle confidential information carefully and complete assigned work within established deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support or administrative coordination role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, scheduling needs, and shifting priorities in a busy environment.
  • Experience answering inbound calls and communicating professionally with internal and external contacts.
  • Strong data entry skills with a consistent focus on accuracy and record maintenance.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills paired with sound judgment and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with property management support tasks is preferred.
