Job Responsibilities
- Works in tandem with local teams to ensure individuals have timely access to spending money or other funds for personal needs.
- Maintains resident funds balances to ensure individuals do not exceed asset limits, if applicable.
- Enters payers and authorizations in the Revenue Cycle system accurately and promptly.
- Determines resident liability based on state and/or other guidelines.
- Reviews and resolves outstanding Accounts Receivable balances monthly.
- Attends and participates in meetings as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Able to work independently and stay on task.
- Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage time, make decisions, and solve problems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams and other computer-related skills.
- Ability to learn various software applications.
