Administrative Coordinator
About the Role
Project Expedition is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to bring disciplined follow-through to workflow control across a tours-and-activities marketplace. This role focuses on connecting travelers, travel advisors, tour operators, excursions, transfers, bookings, content, and partner support by ensuring administrative coordination prevents downstream rework caused by incomplete information.
Responsibilities
- Track and document process issues that repeatedly slow execution within the administrative workflow.
- Organize recurring work by owner and status to maintain clarity and accountability.
- Review incoming requests for completeness to prevent gaps in workflow.
- Route work to the correct next step, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity.
- Maintain oversight of unresolved exceptions until they are fully resolved.
Skills & Qualities for Success
- Confidently use process documentation and improvement techniques in administrative coordination.
- Apply strong follow-up skills to track exceptions, owners, and deadlines without oversight.
- Document project support decisions clearly so teammates can understand the reasoning behind workflow decisions.
- Exercise sound judgment in documentation, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
Key Outcomes
The role is successful when workflow control becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are identified and addressed before they impact customers, partners, or teammates. This is measured through effective administrative coordination within the tours and activities marketplace.

Pay
