Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative tasks with business support, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Review and track status of logistics role documentation (Park 6) for administrative coordination, maintaining clear ownership and next steps.
- Document workflow and deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability in the marketing context.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for administrative coordination, with a focus on clarity and operational control.
- Reconcile quality control with source verification, surfacing unresolved items and repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.

Pay
Base salary: $41,000–$62,000 per year.
