About the role
The Administrative Coordinator will support the Director of Business Operations in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining administrative systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering and distributing as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and filing documents.
- Support event planning and coordination, including setup and teardown.
- Assist with HR functions such as scheduling and timekeeping.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to budget management and financial tracking.
- Oversee the maintenance of the agency's physical space, including cleaning and repairs.
- Support the Director of Business Operations in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using basic office equipment and software.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and practices.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $21.55 -- $23.75/hr. (Non-bilingual) and $23.49 -- $25.89/hr. (Bilingual).
Schedule
This position is a hybrid role, requiring in-office attendance on two days per week.
