Administrative Coordinator

Be part of a team that's building the future. Minnesota Power's growing Enterprise Project Team is leading the development of next-generation energy infrastructure. We’re seeking a highly organized professional who thrives on keeping people, information, and schedules aligned. In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative support, coordinate work activities and training, and maintain the records and information necessary for operational success.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support and coordination for the Enterprise Projects and Engineering Services teams, helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations and the successful delivery of business objectives.
- Maintain records, documents, and project information while coordinating schedules, meetings, training, and other activities that support project execution and departmental priorities.
- Manage office resources, including maintaining supplies, coordinating equipment needs, and supporting a productive and well-organized work environment.
- Gather, organize, and distribute information to support decision-making, project activities, reporting, and team initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, expense reconciliations, and other administrative functions for leaders and project teams.
- Assist with the development of professional presentations, PowerPoint decks, meeting materials, and other communication documents to support project reviews, leadership updates, stakeholder engagement, and outreach activities.
- Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, workshops, and events, as well as community and project-related outreach efforts.
- Serve as a key point of coordination among project teams, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment by providing responsive administrative support and contributing to the team's overall effectiveness and strategic goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years or more job-related experience.
- Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Administrative or Office courses, certificate, or degree.
- High level of computer proficiency, working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use a variety of computer programs, plus the ability to use a variety of office equipment.

Pay
The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $23.60 - $28.80. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience.
