Administrative Coordinator

About the Role

Hands-on work centered on workflow control and the day-to-day demands of personalized vacation planning across cruises, honeymoons, groups, all-inclusive stays, and theme-park travel. The role ensures confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions within administrative coordination for vacation planning support.

Responsibilities

• Review and document process issues that repeatedly slow execution to improve workflow reliability.
• Maintain recurring work organization by owner and status to streamline administrative coordination.
• Track incoming requests for completeness to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
• Route work to the correct next step to maintain smooth workflow progression.
• Coordinate and track unresolved exceptions through closure to prevent customer or partner impact.

The role is successful when workflow control becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are identified before they affect customers, partners, or teammates.

Requirements

• Confidently use Theme Park Travel Operations and Scheduling in administrative coordination.
• Apply Quality Control while managing exceptions, owners, and deadlines without oversight.
• Document Deadline Management decisions clearly for teammate understanding.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in Exception Management, including appropriate escalation.

Work Arrangement

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States. Remote execution requires workflow control to remain accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $38,000–$52,000 per year.
