Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble client billing packages.
- Prepare and print checks for vendor payments after management approval. All checks will be reviewed and signed by management.
- Organize and maintain project documentation and files.
- Aid in tracking deadlines and following up on outstanding items.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, subcontractors, and clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
- Support the owner with a variety of administrative projects.
- Help improve office systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. QuickBooks experience is required.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, dependable, and trustworthy.
