What You’ll Do Coordinate installation, service, and sales schedulesProcess payroll, invoices, payments, deposits, and collectionsManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cashSupport inventory control and vendor ordersHandle customer inquiries and service requestsMaintain accurate records and update company systemsPartner with the Branch Leader to keep daily operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Administrative or office support experienceExperience with payroll, scheduling, AP/AR, collections, or related functionsStrong organization and prioritization skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent customer service and communication skillsComfortable using multiple computer systems and software applicationsTeam-oriented with a positive, resourceful approach Why Bath Fitter?
