About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Arborists and clients, facilitating sales, increasing brand awareness, and building a satisfied customer base.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Arborists and clients to facilitate sales, increase brand awareness and build a satisfied customer base.
- Answers incoming phone calls in a high call volume environment while making outbound calls related to customer service and sales.
- Performs customer service/administrative tasks while supporting office and production team members and all company policies.
- Works well independently and takes initiative.
- Treats all team members with equality and respect.
- All duties to be performed in the local office during business hours.
- Utilizes excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fosters a positive work environment.
- Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced office.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with a strong understanding of basic computer operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred.
