About the role
AP Health is a fast-growing healthcare services company located in Nashville, TN. We provide clinical staff and services to hospitals, surgeons, and surgery centers. Our corporate office in Green Hills is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Cook up meeting logistics, scheduling, and shared executive calendar availability
- Arrange executive travel, process expense reports, and provide administrative support to company leaders
- Own day-to-day office operations: supplies, kitchen/breakroom stock and cleaning, vendor relationships, basic facilities coordination
- Care for new hire workspace setup and support People Operations with employee engagement initiatives
- Aid in planning and executing company meetings, events, and team activities, including vendor coordination, invitations, ordering, and day-of logistics
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, or executive support
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendar management, and expense reporting platforms
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidentiality
- Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
