Maintained Duties
- Maintain core business applications (i.e. Relias LMS, MatrixCare, Right Signature, and Smartsheets)
- Troubleshoot as needed
- Create and distribute quarterly newsletters and other communications
- Work collaboratively with the Director, Agency with Choice, and Systems Analyst to provide back-end support for the website and social media
- Conduct hands-on or virtual trainings as necessary
- Maintain all documents in Right Signature and annual Smartsheets
- Oversight of file structure of all AWC files
- Affirm staff in delivering quality services
- Respond quickly to meet service line and staff needs
- Ensure the timely and accurate application of all administrative systems
Support Functions
- Assist and troubleshoot access issues for employees
- Support Director, Managers, and AWC staff in delivering quality services
- Respond quickly to meet service line and staff needs to resolve problems
- Ensure the timely and accurate application of all administrative systems
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate required
- Associate’s Degree or technical certification within a related area preferred
- 6 months to 2 years of previous jobs related experience expected; preferred 2 to 5 years of previous job-related experience
Experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
Preferred Experience
- Working in a large organizational office environment
Pay and Benefits
Pay Negotiable, based on experience
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Camp Hill, PA
