Administrative Consultant III, Office of the COO & CPE
This individual will support the Office of the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Physician Executive, playing a key role in creating and implementing important strategies across the organization. The role manages complex and sensitive issues while achieving critical business goals. As a trusted advisor to top leadership, provides expert advice and ensures key resources and solutions are available for making crucial decisions. Requires a strong understanding of the organization's policies and strategies to implement effective initiatives, manage multiple important projects, collaborate across teams, and develop innovative solutions for various challenges. Uses good judgment and problem-solving skills when handling confidential matters and addressing urgent organizational issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex projects from start to finish.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- 7 years of recent relevant experience.
- Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Ability to build and establish effective working partnerships with employees, peers, and leaders to achieve program objectives.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, with an emphasis on writing.
- Motivated and resourceful self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively, both independently and in team settings.
- Adaptability to interact with various types of visitors with poise and self-confidence.
- Desire and ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- 40 hours per week.
- Position is exempt.
Pay
Annual salary range: $122,761.60 to $184,142.40. The compensation range may vary based on geographic location. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
