Administrative Compliance & Records Coordinator
Great Livin is looking for an Administrative Compliance & Records Coordinator who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
About the role
You'll help keep Great Livin's administrative records, documentation, and compliance systems accurate, organized, current, and ready when they're needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper records
- Upload and manage documents in SharePoint, Therap, and other systems
- Track deadlines, renewals, missing documents, and follow-up items
- Maintain client records, census information, Medicaid/LOC renewal tracking, and other administrative records
- Review documentation and receipts for completeness and accuracy
- Follow up on missing or incomplete information
- Help prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews
- Maintain organized client books and administrative records
- Communicate with staff, guardians, providers, vendors, and outside agencies
- Support management, QA, Program, HR/Training, and Accounting with documentation needs
The role requires someone who can independently establish priorities, meet deadlines, handle recurring problems, and balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with SharePoint, Therap, Excel, Word, Outlook, or similar systems is helpful
- Strong organization, time-management, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to meet required background checks and job-related training requirements
Experience with developmental-disability services, Medicaid, DD Waiver, Mi Via, or ICF-IID is helpful, but we're also interested in a strong administrative professional who has the right mindset and can learn our systems.

Pay
$22.35 per hour (approximately $46,500 annually at 40 hours/week)
