Job Description
Under the direction of The Office Manager, the Administrative Clerk provides temporary support to Snowbridge’s office and administrative operations. This position is responsible for a variety of clerical and organizational tasks focused on records digitization, document management, general office support, and front-desk assistance.
Essential Functions & Scope
- Scan, index, and digitize historical paper records, including service records, customer files, permits, contracts, and other business documents
- Organize and file digitized documents accurately within Snowbridge’s document management systems and folder structures
- Perform quality checks on scanned documents to ensure legibility, completeness, and correct filing
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally, take accurate messages, and route calls to the appropriate person or department
- Greet and assist office visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Absorb and prepare physical records for scanning, including sorting, labeling, and removing staples, clips, or bindings as needed
- Absorb and support Office Administration with data entry, spreadsheet updates, and document formatting as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of all company, customer, and employee records handled in this role

Work Environment
This position works entirely in an office environment. Routinely uses standard office equipment including computers, scanners, printers, copiers, and multiline phone systems. Physical Demands: This position regularly requires sitting for extended periods, as well as standing, walking, and bending. Occasional lifting and carrying of boxes or binders up to 25 lbs. may be required. Must be able to operate standard office equipment and have close vision sufficient to review and scan documents accurately.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a temporary, part-time or full-time hourly position. Hours and schedule will be established at hire based on operational needs. This position is anticipated to last approximately three months. Employment beyond the stated term is not guaranteed.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education, Experience, And Licensing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Ability to operate a scanner, printer, and standard office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and courteous phone and in-person communication skills
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Preferred Education And Experience
- Prior administrative, clerical, or office support experience
- Experience with document management systems or digital filing platforms
- Familiarity with records management or data entry workflows
