Preferred qualifications: 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.Experience supporting leaders with complex organizations in a dynamic environmentAbility to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.Exceptional collaborator with proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and leverage multiple perspectives.Strong attention to detail, comfortable with extreme ambiguity, autonomous execution and escalation.Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. Serve as a partner to executives by prioritizing mission-critical initiatives and proactively managing calendars with client facing and internal facing meetings with precision and care. Organize travel for client meetings, offsites, industry and Google events, ensuring their time is focused on the highest-impact goals. Process expense reports in a timely manner, review and approve manager expense reports, help set annual budget with your executive, etc.Manage internal and external engagements. Work closely with managers and partner teams when booking large client summits and team offsites for the executives. Manage logistics with a focus on creating seamless and impactful experiences for team and clients.Act as team ambassador by creating opportunities for team members to connect and build camaraderie.Manage space planning and various projects for the San Francisco based team.
