Administrative Business Lead - Human Resources
We are looking for a high-performing Administrative Business Lead to support two senior HR leaders. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities across complex calendars, meetings, travel, stakeholder requests, and day-to-day administrative needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for both leaders, including the complex coordination of in-person and virtual meetings with multiple participants across different time zones.
- Help prioritize competing meeting requests, use judgment to escalate high-priority items, and ensure both leaders are prepared for key meetings.
- Help both leaders stay on time for meetings and quickly respond to real-time requests throughout the day, including phone calls, urgent scheduling changes, and requests from senior leaders, team members, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for HR leadership meetings and other key forums, including scheduling, room reservations, attendee coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up as needed.
- Arrange domestic and international travel via Concur as needed, including flights, hotels, cars, and visas if required. Cross-check travel details to ensure accuracy and proactively address any gaps or changes.
- Process expense reports via Concur for both HR leaders and support timely reconciliation of corporate card activity.
- Provide light administrative support to the broader HR team, such as ordering office supplies, supporting team logistics, and helping coordinate ad hoc administrative needs.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Committed to being in the office 5 days per week on most weeks.
- Gravitas to engage with C-suite personnel and their teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to track multiple tasks to completion, across different stakeholders and timelines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Use judgment to quickly pivot and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with team members and peers across the firm.
- Positive “can-do” attitude.
- High degree of professional discretion and integrity.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
Pay
For New York, NY, the salary range for this position is USD $104,500.00 - USD $200,000.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Schedule
Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities. This role requires being in the office 5 days per week on most weeks.
