Administrative Associate - Heart and Vascular Institute Chair

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Diagnostic Cardiology providers and APPs
  • Support the Chief of Cardiology with scheduling, communications, and meeting coordination
  • Cook up recruitment activities, including candidate scheduling and interview logistics
  • Aid with provider onboarding and program coordination
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and program-related administrative tasks
  • Serve as a liaison between providers, leadership, and operational teams
  • Support departmental initiatives and administrative projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Provide additional administrative support for Diagnostic Cardiology program needs as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years related experience
  • Advanced functionality and application in computer software with strong application of office support functions
  • Ability to independently lead and manage projects and carry out complex or sensitive assignments
  • Excel in written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality required

Preferred Microsoft Proficiency
