Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Diagnostic Cardiology providers and APPs
- Support the Chief of Cardiology with scheduling, communications, and meeting coordination
- Cook up recruitment activities, including candidate scheduling and interview logistics
- Aid with provider onboarding and program coordination
- Manage calendars, meetings, and program-related administrative tasks
- Serve as a liaison between providers, leadership, and operational teams
- Support departmental initiatives and administrative projects
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Provide additional administrative support for Diagnostic Cardiology program needs as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years related experience
- Advanced functionality and application in computer software with strong application of office support functions
- Ability to independently lead and manage projects and carry out complex or sensitive assignments
- Excel in written and verbal communication skills
- High level of confidentiality required
